Welcome & UI tour

Outcome

You can sign in, find your way around the app, and know which Day-1 page to open next based on your role.

Your tenant has a unique URL — <your-org>.rcm.medsuite.com — and you sign in there. Your tenant admin sent you an invite email with a one-time password; you change it on first sign-in. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required.

If you forgot your password, click Forgot password on the sign-in page; the platform emails a reset link. The reset link expires in 1 hour.
